„HAT-TRICK” Football Agency was founded in 2007 and is a professional entity operating in favour of players, coaches and sports clubs in Poland and abroad. With our partners we have made over 200 domestic and international transfers. We deal with negotiations and executing professional contracts on football playing , planning player’s and coache’s career, carrying out domestic and foreign transfers, working out professional promoting materials of players and coaches, and also creating their image. Thanks to the huge experience of our staff components, deriving from their many years’ performance in football as players, coaches and political workers, we are able to optimally adapt the abilities and expectations of the players to strict
demands of the clubs and vice versa. We encourage to cooperate with us all the players and coaches who are ambitious to develop, in a professional way, their career. The owner of "HAT-TRICK" Football Agency is Krzysztof Świątkowski - born on 26th March 1977 in Wrocław (Poland).
For many years he has been a political worker of WKS „Śląsk” Wrocław S.A., acting as a marketing director, dealing with advertising, public relations, contacts with mass media, sponsors, etc., and then acted as the club’s manager. He was dealing with players’ transfers, contract negotiations, elaborating contract and transfer documents, and besides was responsible for contacts with all the departments of the Polish Football Association. A holder of the FIFA license no 41/2007. He is also a certificated football manager, and a member of the Association of Managers of Professional Football.
